目的探讨基于电阻抗成像技术(EIT)实时监测小猪肺出血模型的可行性。方法以小猪肺出血模型为研究对象,采用EIT实时连续监测小猪肺出血过程中的电阻抗变化。结果当注血量每5 m L逐渐增加时,EIT图像的相应区域呈红色显示,并逐渐增强,EIT所显示的出血位置与CT所示的基本一致。定量分析结果表明,当注血量每5 m L逐渐增加时,图像上提示区域的阻抗、面积变化逐渐增大,EIT定量分析指标与注血量存在良好的相关性。结论 EIT技术能够实时有效地检测小猪肺出血引起的电阻抗变换,为临床研究奠定了基础。
Objective To investigate the feasibility of real-time monitoring piglet pulmonary hemorrhage based on electrical impedance tomography (EIT). Methods The model of piglet pulmonary hemorrhage was used as the object of study. EIT was used to monitor the change of electrical impedance during the piglet hemorrhage. Results When the amount of blood injection increased gradually every 5 m L, the corresponding area of EIT image showed a red color and gradually increased. The location of bleeding showed by EIT was basically the same as CT. The results of quantitative analysis showed that when the amount of blood injection increased gradually every 5 m L, the impedance and area changes of the prompt area on the image gradually increased, and there was a good correlation between the quantitative analysis of EIT and the volume of blood. Conclusion The EIT technique can detect the electrical impedance changes caused by piglet hemorrhage in real time and effectively, which lays the foundation for clinical research.
