为探讨光照强度对烤烟品质的影响,采用田间试验方法,以自然光照(透光率100%)为对照(CK),研究了不同遮阴处理(透光率分别为55%,70%,85%)对烤烟质体色素及其降解产物的影响。结果表明,100%自然光强(CK)下各部位烤后烟叶中叶绿素和类胡萝卜素含量均最低;随着光照强度的降低,中、上部烤后烟叶叶绿素含量呈先增加后降低的趋势,下部叶逐渐增加;各部位类胡萝卜素含量呈先增加后降低趋势。CK类胡萝卜素降解产物总量及新植二烯含量均高于遮荫处理,遮荫处理上、中、下部位的新植二烯含量平均值较CK分别降低13.59%,19.99%,5.66%,类胡萝卜素降解产物总量平均值较CK分别降低6.70%,8.08%,2.83%。由此可见,遮荫处理增加烟株各部位烤后烟叶中叶绿素、类胡萝卜素含量,降低新植二烯含量及类胡萝卜素降解产物总量。
In order to investigate the effect of light intensity on the quality of flue-cured tobacco, field experiments were conducted to study the effects of different shading treatments (light transmittance of 55%, 70%, 85% %) On the plastid pigment of flue-cured tobacco and its degradation products. The results showed that the contents of chlorophyll and carotenoid were the lowest in all parts under 100% natural light intensity (CK). With the decrease of light intensity, the content of chlorophyll in the middle and top roasted tobacco firstly increased and then decreased, Lower leaves gradually increased; the content of carotenoids in all parts increased first and then decreased. The total amount of carotenoid degradation products and neophytadiene content of CK were higher than that of shading treatment. The average content of neophytadiene in the upper, middle and lower parts of shading treatment decreased by 13.59%, 19.99% and 5.66% , The average amount of total carotenoid degradation products decreased by 6.70%, 8.08% and 2.83% respectively compared with CK. Thus, the shading treatment increased the content of chlorophyll and carotenoid in the roasted tobacco leaves, reduced the content of neophytadiene and total carotenoid degradation products.
