目的:研究海螵蛸提取物对脲酶活性的抑制作用。方法:采用系统分离法即有机溶剂提取海螵蛸粉末,残渣再以热水浸提得到海螵蛸中的水提多糖,水提后残渣以氢氧化钠碱溶液获得碱提多糖,采用pH增值法首次探索了海螵蛸多糖等提取物对脲酶活性的体外抑制作用。结果:海螵蛸中多糖等有机物质对脲酶活性有一定的抑制作用。其中水提多糖和碱提水溶性多糖对脲酶活性的抑制作用较大,抑制率分别达到了70%以上,有机溶剂提取物中乙醚层和乙酸乙酯层提取物对脲酶活性的抑制作用在60%以上。结论:传统海洋中药海螵蛸中含有多糖等有机物质,以期对脲酶活性抑制作用的探索性研究为海螵蛸的临床应用机制和中成药开发提供一定的理论依据。
Objective: To study the inhibitory effect of extract from sea buckthorns on urease activity. Methods: The method of system separation was used to extract seaweed powder from organic solvent. The residue was extracted with hot water to obtain polysaccharide from water of sea slugs. After the water was extracted with sodium hydroxide solution, Method for the first time to explore the polysaccharides of sea slugs and other extracts of urease activity in vitro inhibition. Results: Polysaccharides and other organic substances in sea buckthorn have a certain inhibitory effect on urease activity. Among them, water-extracted polysaccharides and water-soluble polysaccharides extracted by alkali had a greater inhibitory effect on the urease activity, with inhibitory rates of over 70%, respectively. The inhibitory effect of the extracts of ether and ethyl acetate on urease activity in 60 %the above. CONCLUSION: The traditional marine Chinese medicine 螵 螵 含 contains polysaccharides and other organic substances in order to explore the inhibitory effect of urease activity for the clinical application of the 螵 螵 和 and the development of proprietary Chinese medicines to provide a theoretical basis.
