摘要目的前瞻性评价应用多电极转换系统对小中(≤5 cm)肝细胞癌(HCC)行单极射频(RF)消融治疗的安全性和中期治疗效果。材料与方法 2009年2月—2010年1月用多电极转换系统行单极RF消融的HCC病人166例[男110例,女56例;年龄38~86岁;平均(62±10)岁],肿瘤直径≤5 cm。3名有经验的放射科医生进行RF消融治疗。治疗后即刻、1个月和以后每3个月应用CT评估该技术的有效性、消融体积和时间以及主要并发症。应用Kaplan-Meier方法评价总生存率、无瘤生存率以及带瘤(局部肿瘤无进展)生存率。结果RF消融后1个月消融有效率为99.4%。消融灶参数如3
Abstract Objective To prospectively evaluate the safety and efficacy of monopolar radiofrequency ablation (RFA) in the treatment of small to medium (≤5 cm) hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC) using a multi-electrode system. Materials and Methods A total of 166 HCC patients underwent unipolar RF ablation with a multi-electrode system from January 2009 to January 2010 [110 males and 56 females; aged 38-86 years; mean (62 ± 10) years) , Tumor diameter ≤ 5 cm. Three experienced radiologists underwent RF ablation. The effectiveness of the technique, the volume and timing of ablation, and major complications were assessed using CT immediately after treatment, 1 month and every 3 months thereafter. Kaplan-Meier method was used to evaluate the overall survival, tumor-free survival and tumor-bearing (local tumor progression-free) survival rate.
