在罗定邦中学的高效课堂的教学改革中,数学学科的课堂教学逐渐形成“学案导学,自主学习,小组讨论,展示点评,一一对应,当堂训练”的教学特色,在这种模式下,教师和学生的角色发生了很大转变;学生成了课堂的主人,教师不再满堂灌,成为学生学习的指导者、组织者、合作者,这样的模式下,充分调动了学生的学习积极性,使学生通过自主学习、合作交流、展示点评,从而提高了学生分析问题、解决问题、自主学习的能力.
