目的以蛋白质组学研究为基础,分析2003~2005年间我国流脑暴发流行期间C群脑膜炎奈瑟菌菌株分布特征。方法利用双向电泳技术获得66株2003~2005年流脑流行期内分离的C群脑膜炎奈瑟菌菌株及2株参考菌株的2-DE电泳图谱,并结合质谱分析的结果进行部分外膜蛋白和sucD蛋白表型分析。结果根据外膜蛋白和sucD蛋白将实验菌株共分为9型,其中安徽菌株分型结果显示出了高度的一致性,而其他地区菌株分型分布则显示出高度的多态性。结论安徽已经有优势菌型形成,但优势菌型还没在全国范围内出现,此类菌型分布和变迁的检测可能对认识流脑的流行规律和有效进行流脑疾病控制具有重要意义。
Objective To analyze the distribution characteristics of Neisseria meningitidis group C during epidemic of meningococci in China from 2003 to 2005 on the basis of proteomics. Methods Two-DE patterns of 66 strains of Neisseria meningitides of Group C and 2 reference strains isolated during the epidemic period of meningococci from 2003 to 2005 were obtained by two-dimensional gel electrophoresis. The results of mass spectrometry showed that some of the outer membrane proteins And sucD protein phenotype analysis. Results According to the outer membrane protein and sucD protein, the experimental strains were divided into 9 types. Among them, the typing results of Anhui strains showed a high degree of consistency, while the distribution of strains in other regions showed a high degree of polymorphism. Conclusion The dominant bacteria have formed in Anhui Province, but the dominant bacteria have not yet appeared in the whole country. The detection of the distribution and changes of these bacteria may be of great significance for understanding the epidemic law of meningitis and controlling the epidemic of meningococcal disease.
