空中瑜伽,又叫反重力瑜伽,是瑜伽运动中的一种方式,它通过利用空中瑜伽吊床,让练习者身体在重力作用下,加深体式拉伸,从而达到放松身心、调节心理和精神的功效,并具有一定的趣味性和互动性。空中瑜伽,现在受到了社会的广泛认可,有不少院校也相继将其作为一项体育课程或是艺术课程来开展。本文主要论述了空中瑜伽运动的功效,分析了在独立院校开展空中瑜伽课程的可行性,并展望了在独立院校开展空中瑜伽课程的前景。

This paper mainly discusses the effectiveness of aerial yoga movement, analyzes the feasibility of developing aerial yoga curriculum in independent colleges, and looks forward to the prospect of developing aerial yoga curriculum in independent colleges.
