目的探讨铁路机车乘务员自我和谐状况,为心理健康教育提供参考依据。方法采用自我和谐量表(SCCS)测试机车乘务员323名。结果机车乘务员自我和谐总分整体偏高,在自我与经验不和谐(P<0.01)、自我刻板性(P<0.01)和自我灵活性(P<0.01)上与军人常模有显著差异;在自我刻板性(P<0.01)和自我灵活性(P<0.01)上与大学生常模有显著差异。机车乘务员自我和谐各维度和总分在年龄(P<0.05)、工龄(P<0.05)和受教育程度方面(P<0.05)有显著差异。结论铁路机车乘务员的自我和谐水平较低,自我和谐状况受年龄、工龄和受教育程度的影响。
Objective To explore the self-consistency and harmony of railway locomotive flight attendants and provide reference for mental health education. Methods The self-consistency scale (SCCS) was used to test 323 locomotive flight attendants. Results The locomotive flight attendants’ self-consistency and harmony scores were generally high, and there was a significant difference between the locomotive crew members and the military norm in the self-consistency disability (P <0.01), self-rigidity (P <0.01) and self-flexibility Self-stereotypia (P <0.01) and self-flexibility (P <0.01) were significantly different from those of college students. There was a significant difference in the dimensions of auto-harmony and the total scores of locomotive flight attendants between age (P <0.05), length of service (P <0.05) and education level (P <0.05). Conclusions The flight attendants’ self-consistency and harmony is low, and self-consistency is affected by age, seniority and educational level.
