目的探讨乙肝病毒表面抗原(HBsAg)高浓度标本的准确稀释方法。方法采用化学发光法定量检测HBsAg。从体检和临床标本中筛选出77份大于180ng/ml的HBsAg高浓度值血清进行梯度稀释,然后进行定量检测。结果 4种稀释液中添加牛血清蛋白(BSA)最为合适,4种稀释液对于这种高值血清的最适稀释比例为1∶100和1∶10000。结论对于HBsAg高浓度标本,采取合适的稀释液,按照一定比例稀释后再进行定量检测,能够得到HBsAg准确结果 。
Objective To investigate the accurate dilution method of high concentration of hepatitis B virus surface antigen (HBsAg). Methods The chemiluminescence method was used to detect HBsAg quantitatively. From the physical examination and clinical specimens were screened 77 copies of greater than 180ng / ml high concentration of serum HBsAg gradient dilution, and then quantitative detection. Results Four kinds of dilutions were most suitable for adding BSA. The optimal dilution ratio of the four kinds of dilutions to this high value serum was 1: 100 and 1: 10000. Conclusion HBsAg high concentration specimens, take the appropriate dilution, according to a certain percentage of dilution and then quantitative detection, HBsAg accurate results can be obtained.
