目的探讨高原高寒野战条件下运血箱用于血液储存的温控方式及效果。方法采用预充电制冷、低温冻结和自然温度冻结的蓄冷剂制冷、预充电加蓄冷剂制冷4种方式控温,监测自然环境及恒温条件下储血箱内温度及控温时间,检查血液外观和输血效果观察。结果自然环境下(-5~17℃),预充电制冷方式运血箱控温时间41 h,环境最低温时,箱内温度低于2℃;2种蓄冷剂制冷及预充电加蓄冷剂组合制冷方式温控时间分别为68、13和89 h。恒温条件(14~18℃)下,4种方式控温时间分别为13 h(预充电)、16 h(低温冻结蓄冷剂)、10 h(自然冻结蓄冷剂)、22 h(预充电+蓄冷剂)。结论高海拔地区野外作业时,大量冻结高效蓄冷剂用于野战运血箱储存血液,具有较好的控温效果。
