作为培训项目的后续应用环节,培训迁移对培训实效性的实现与提高至关重要。对参加过“国培计划”培训学习的农村学校教师进行跟踪调查,结果显示:农村教师培训迁移总体状况处于较好水平,还有进一步提升的空间;迁移动机和个人知能是影响农村教师培训迁移的两个最关键变量,工作条件、领导支持等是影响培训迁移水平的重要因素。在现实中存在教师工作负担太重、领导不闻不问、缺乏必要的激励措施等不利于教师培训迁移发生和发展的问题,应采取必要的措施,进一步提高农村教师培训迁移水平。
As a follow-up part of the training project, the relocation of training is crucial to the realization and improvement of training effectiveness. Follow-up survey of rural school teachers who participated in the training program of “National Education Plan” showed that the overall status of rural teachers’ training and relocation was at a good level with room for further improvement. The motivation and personal knowledge of rural migrants affected rural teachers The two most crucial variables for training and relocation, working conditions and leadership support are all important factors affecting the level of training and relocation. In reality, there are some problems such as too heavy workload of teachers, ignorance of leaders and lack of necessary incentive measures, which are not conducive to the occurrence and development of teachers’ training and relocation. We should take the necessary measures to further improve the training and transfer of rural teachers.
