随着当代城镇化的建设,人们生活水平的提高,高层建筑的广泛应用的同时,针对工程结构设计中强弱核心筒区别和影响因素,采用不同的方案进行分析对比。在17层53.18米高度的随县机关事业单位建房-兴随小区4#楼结构设计中,采用剪力墙结构,仅核心筒分强弱两种布置,其余结构平面布置相同,本文将两种结构方案进行对比,小议其中差异。符合可持续发展的内在要求,为类似工程提供一定的技术借鉴指导。
