一、概况 上海炼油厂高温催化裂化管道中的φ1070双动滑阀采用GH33镍基高温合金螺栓紧固。1987年3月10日停产检修时发现总数为22只的M20螺栓中有11只断裂,断裂处均在螺纹根部。4月初重新更换螺栓后,使用仅13天又发生因螺栓断裂,致使阀体的导轨和阀板掉落,再次被迫停产每天损失近百万元。在如此短的时间内连续发生类似的螺栓断裂事故,严重影响了该厂的生产,并造成可观的经济损失。为查明断裂原因,提出改
