目的 :评价四手操作技术与传统护理配合在光固化树脂直接粘接托槽中的差异。方法 :收集2015年1~12月接受固定矫治的错牙合畸形患者100例,随机分为实验组和对照组,各50例。两组均为同一医师操作。采用美国Ormco公司光固化型牙釉质粘接树脂,选用杭州新亚MBT正畸托槽。实验组上半口托槽粘接由正畸医师和护士四手操作完成,对照组由同一正畸医师独立完成,分别统计操作时间及正畸托槽粘接位置准确性及24小时后复诊的托槽脱落率,托槽粘接位置准确性由两名高级职称正畸医师检查。结果:实验组平均操作时间21.35±4.60min少于对照验36.51±5.20min,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);实验组602个托槽中粘接位置准确的有563个,对照组596个托槽中粘接位置准确的有508个,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);实验组24小时后复诊实验组602个托槽脱落29个(4.75%)与对照组596个托槽脱落38个(脱落率5.91%)比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论 :四手操作可以减少托槽粘接时间,增加托槽粘接的准确性。
OBJECTIVE: To evaluate the differences between the four-hand operation technique and traditional nursing care in the direct bonding of light curing resin to brackets. Methods: A total of 100 patients with malocclusion deformity who underwent fixed orthodontics from January to December in 2015 were randomly divided into experimental group and control group, 50 cases each.
