患者,女,22岁,因“自服农药3小时”收住院,当时药名及剂量不详。查体:脉搏78次/分,呼吸28次/分,血压8/3kPa,体温36℃,神志不清,急性病容,双侧瞳孔缩小,对光反射差,面部眼睑肌肉震颤,流涕、流涎,口吐白沫,口唇发绀,点头样呼吸,双肺满布湿罗音,心律齐,未闻及杂音,四肢厥冷,神经反射消失。血胆碱酯酶活力:0单位,血白细胞29.3×109/L,L:7％,N:93％。初步诊断有机磷农药中毒。
