我矿选矿厂磁选铁精矿采用12米~2 永磁式过滤机过滤。投产以来,该机暴露了一些问题,如给矿箱漏矿、筒体布料不匀、串风漏气、真空度低、塑料板强度不够等。在学习攀钢经验的基础上,通过反复实践,采取下列措施,使磁滤机满足生产的需要。1.提高给矿管位置,并使管口朝筒体成45°角,取消挡板,提高箱底坡度,加宽密封胶皮,基本解决了由于堵塞而造成的布料不匀的问题。2.给矿箱内溢流槽底改为15~20°的坡度,由单溢流管改为双管使溢流畅通,防止筒体上部因矿浆流动而使滤饼遭到破坏。
