基于试验场测得的测量轮轴头垂向力、纵向力和侧向力信号,运用载荷分析软件Tecware,通过对不同驾驶员驾驶同一车辆所得到的载荷信号进行多通道分析,并通过信号强度的差别来对比3位驾驶员在制动工况下操作强度的差异,同时运用统计学方法分析同一驾驶员在多次测量中的驾驶强度稳定性。研究结果表明,驾驶员的操作习惯对测量轮载荷大小有不可忽略的影响。该分析对试验场载荷测量时驾驶员的选择和评价也具有指导意义。
Based on the measurement of wheel head vertical force, longitudinal force and lateral force signal measured in the test field, the load analysis software Tecware was used to analyze the load signals obtained by different drivers driving the same vehicle and the signal strength Difference to compare the difference of operation intensity of 3 drivers under braking condition, meanwhile, using statistical method to analyze the stability of driving intensity of the same driver in multiple measurements. The results show that the driver’s operating habits have a negligible effect on the load of the measuring wheel. This analysis is also instructive for the selection and evaluation of pilots in the field load measurement.
