埋地管道的土壤腐蚀对管道的安全经济运营造成不利影响。川气东送管道埋设距离长,土壤和水文地质条件复杂,易遭受土壤腐蚀。通过对管道干线沿线典型土壤的理化性质进行现场测试,并开展现场腐蚀埋片试验,得出川气东送管道沿线土壤的腐蚀类型和腐蚀性强弱。根据试验结果,川气东送管道沿线土壤的腐蚀性较强,处于劣等级的土壤占管道工程全程的1/3以上,应对管道实施有效的腐蚀防护处理。
Soil erosion of buried pipelines adversely affects the safe and economic operation of pipelines. Sichuan-East Gas Pipeline buried a long distance, complex soil and hydrogeological conditions, vulnerable to soil erosion. Through on-site testing of the physical and chemical properties of typical soils along the trunk of the pipeline and on-site corrosive embedding experiments, the types and corrosiveness of soil along the Sichuan-East Gas Pipeline were obtained. According to the test results, the soil along the East-Sichuan Gas Pipeline is more corrosive. The inferior soil accounts for more than one-third of the whole pipeline project. Effective corrosion protection should be implemented on the pipelines.
