晋西北地区年平均气温4.8℃,有效积温2,400℃,无霜期100—115天。低温早霜是影响当地谷子产量的重要因素。根据我们试验,在没有其他自然灾害影响下,晋西北谷子高产年全年有效积温高于2,600℃,有效积温2,400℃为平产年,低于2,400℃为歉收年。从初霜日期来看,9月20日以后初霜是丰收年,9月10日以前初霜为歉收年,介于其间的为平产年。
Northwest Shanxi annual average temperature 4.8 ℃, effective accumulated temperature 2,400 ℃, frost-free period 100-115 days. Early cold frost is an important factor affecting the yield of local millet. According to our experiments, in the absence of other natural disasters, the effective accumulated temperature of high yielding year in Northwest Shanxi is higher than 2,600 ℃, effective accumulated temperature 2,400 ℃ is the normal production year, while the lower than 2,400 ℃ is the harvest year. From the initial frost date, the initial frost after September 20 is the harvest year, September frost before the first harvest for the poor, ranging from flat production in the meantime.
