本文在界定了质量管理体系绩效及其评价等概念的基础上,以平衡计分卡的核心思想为理论基础,从财务维度、客户维度、内部业务流程维度、学习与成长维度等4个层次,设计18个二级评价指标,构建了企业质量管理体系绩效评价指标体系,为企业进行质量管理绩效评价提供理论支持。
On the basis of defining the concepts of quality management system performance and its evaluation and so on, taking the core idea of Balanced Scorecard as the theoretical basis, this dissertation, from the four dimensions of financial dimension, customer dimension, internal business process dimension, learning and growth dimension, 18 second-level evaluation indexes are designed and the performance evaluation index system of the enterprise’s quality management system is established to provide theoretical support for the enterprise’s quality management performance evaluation.
