背景:轻度髋关节发育不良是导致成人骨性关节炎发病的主要原因,而髋臼软骨中胶原和蛋白多糖的变化可能是导致骨关节炎发生的直接原因。目的:观察早期髋关节发育不良兔模型髋臼软骨Ⅱ型胶原的表达变化。方法:将新西兰白兔左下肢作为实验侧,以膝关节伸直位、长腿管形石膏固定方法建立髋关节发育不良模型,右下肢为对照侧。结果与结论:兔实验侧髋臼软骨中可见局部软骨细胞簇集,细胞外基质甲苯胺蓝染色有失染现象,且Ⅱ型胶原阳性细胞数量与表达水平高于对照侧。提示Ⅱ型胶原表达可能与软骨退行性变有关。
BACKGROUND: Mild hip dysplasia is the major cause of osteoarthritis in adults. The changes of collagen and proteoglycan in acetabular cartilage may be the direct cause of osteoarthritis. Objective: To observe the change of type Ⅱ collagen in acetabular cartilage in early stage of hip dysplasia. Methods: The left lower limbs of New Zealand white rabbits were used as the experimental side, and the hip dysplasia model was established by the extension of the knee joint and the long leg plaster fixation method. The right lower limb was the control side. RESULTS AND CONCLUSION: Local chondrocytes clustered in experimental acetabular cartilage of rabbits. Toluidine blue stain of the extracellular matrix was found to be invaded. The number and expression of type Ⅱ collagen positive cells were higher than those of the control. Tip type Ⅱ collagen expression may be related to cartilage degeneration.
