目的通过模拟疫苗接种模式研究矿物油在肉鸡肾脏残留的动态变化。方法采用矿物油(白油7#)肌肉注射15日龄雏鸡,运用GC-MS法检测注射后3、7、14、28d和56d时鸡肾脏中矿物油成分。结果 3d后就能在肾脏中检测到10种烷烃组分;随后能够检测出的烷烃种类有所减少,但在注射56天时仍能从肾脏中检测出6种烷烃成分。结论矿物油会随血液循环到达肾脏,代谢周期长,使用矿物油作为佐剂存在残留问题,有一定的食用安全隐患。
Objective To study the dynamic changes of mineral oil residues in broilers by simulating vaccination. Methods The 15-day-old chicks were injected intramuscularly with mineral oil (white oil 7 #), and the mineral oil in the kidney of chickens was detected by GC-MS at 3, 7, 14, 28 and 56 days after injection. Ten kinds of paraffin components were detected in the kidneys after 3 days; subsequently, the number of paraffin species detected was reduced, but six kinds of paraffin components were still detected from the kidneys at day 56 after injection. Conclusion Mineral oil will reach the kidney with blood circulation, the metabolic cycle is long, the use of mineral oil as an adjuvant residual problems, have some potential safety hazards.
