1975～1980年我们应用青霉素G治疗4,760例病人,19例出现过敏反应,其中过敏性休克及口腔溃疡各4例,皮肤溃疡5例,血管神经性水肿及口腔粘膜出血点各2例,过敏性药物疹及心肌缺血各1例。病人原均没有青霉素过敏史;皮试阴性。
From 1975 to 1980, we treated 4,760 patients with penicillin G and 19 with allergic reactions, including 4 cases of anaphylactic shock and oral ulcer, 5 cases of skin ulcer, 2 cases of angioedema and oral mucosal hemorrhage, and 2 cases of allergic Drug rash and myocardial ischemia in 1 case. The patient had no history of penicillin allergy; skin test negative.
