结合合肥地区配电系统自动化现状 ,对配网规划、自动化构成、可靠性等相关问题进行了分析。指出电网规划是配电系统自动化的基础 ,自动化的首要问题是管理和功能集成 ,提高可靠性需要多种措施 ,而开闭所自动化则是实施“自动恢复供电”控制的“关键少数”。此外 ,还就控制方式、通信系统构成、GIS应用及智能配电系统谈了自身见解
Combined with the status quo of distribution system automation in Hefei, the related problems such as distribution planning, automation composition and reliability are analyzed. It is pointed out that power grid planning is the basis of power distribution system automation. The most important problem in automation is the integration of management and functions.
