近年来,昌平区持续干旱少雨,水资源匮乏日益凸显,用水矛盾十分突出。作为用水大户的昌平区农业,为贯彻落实市政府提出的“实行最严格的水资源管理制度”的水资源管理方针,坚持向观念要水、向科技要水、向机制要水的原则,大力发展节水灌溉工程,取得了巨大的成效。系统分析了昌平区水资源现状及农田灌溉的发展历史、现状、特点及存在的问题。着重分析探讨在目前昌平区都市型现代农业发展条件下,不同作物、不同类型区适宜发展的节水灌溉工程技术应用与发展模式,并进行了效益分析。
