1目的 观察人眼视网膜神经节细胞 (RGC)胚胎发育的状况 ,为研究 RGC提供形态学依据。 2方法对胎龄 6~ 38周 5 73眼的 RGC进行光镜及电镜观察 ;利用计算机自动图像分析系统对 2 0~ 38周的 RGC进行定量分析 ;用 ISEL法定性标记凋亡细胞。 3结果 电镜下胚胎 6周 RGC的轴突与树突已可分辨 ;15周时 RGC层及内丛状层在视网膜周边部已形成 ,后极部 RGC层小细胞多 ,周边部 RGC层大细胞多 ;胎龄 18~ 2 2周的 RGC,经ISEL法标记有阳性结果 ;胎龄 16周 RGC层出现血管。4结论 RGC来自视杯内层 ,胎龄 15周 RGC减数 ,以后极部小细胞多、周边部大细胞多为分布特点。
1 Objective To observe the embryonic development of human retinal ganglion cells (RGC) and provide morphological evidence for the study of RGCs. 2 Methods The RGCs of 573 eyes with gestational age of 6 ~ 38weeks were observed under light microscope and electron microscope; the RGCs of 20 ~ 38weeks were analyzed by automatic computer image analysis system; apoptotic cells were labeled by ISEL. 3 Results RGC axons and dendrites were distinguishable at 6 weeks after embryo electron microscopy. RGC layer and inner plexiform layer were formed in the periphery of retina at 15th week, and many small cells in RGC layer and large RGC layer in peripheral part ; RGC of gestational age from 18 to 22 weeks had a positive result by ISEL; and blood vessels appeared at RGC of 16 weeks gestational age. 4 Conclusion RGC from the optic disc inner layer, 15-week gestational age RGC subtraction, after the minipigs and more, peripheral large cell distribution characteristics.
