目的 探讨造成流产、死胎、不孕(不育)、闭经和出生缺陷等生殖异常的细胞生物学原因。方法 对我院1999年6月~2001年6月780例优生遗传咨询者外周血G带染色体进行分析。结果 染色体异常占受检人数的4.5%(35/780)(男性25例,女性患者10例);染色体异态,占受检人数的9.6%(75/780);染色体异常和异态患者中患有反复自发流产、死胎等不良妊娠者为16.4%(71/432);不孕不育为50.0%(29/58);闭经患者为9.7%(3/31)。在染色体异常核型中,数目异常占57.1%(20/35);染色体结构异常占37.2%(13/35);嵌合体占5.7%(2/35)。结论 生殖异常与染色体异常和异态有着密切的关系。
Objective To investigate the cell biology of reproductive abnormalities such as abortion, stillbirth, infertility (infertility), amenorrhea and birth defects. Methods In our hospital from June 1999 to June 2001, 780 cases of eugenics counselors peripheral blood G-band chromosome were analyzed. Results Chromosomal abnormalities accounted for 4.5% (35/780) of the subjects (25 males and 10 females); chromosome abnormalities accounted for 9.6% (75/780) of the subjects tested; chromosomal abnormalities and abnormalities 16.4% (71/432) of those with unplanned spontaneous abortion and stillbirth, 50.0% (29/58) of infertility and 9.7% (3/31) of those with amenorrhea. The number of anomalies accounted for 57.1% (20/35) in chromosomal abnormalities, 37.2% (13/35) in chromosomal abnormalities, and 5.7% (2/35) in chimeras. Conclusion Reproductive abnormalities and chromosomal abnormalities and abnormalities are closely related.
