目的:研究无尾果的化学成分。方法:通过反复硅胶柱色谱、Sephadex LH-20凝胶、半制备高效液相色谱等技术对该药材活性部位进行分离纯化,运用NMR、MS等波谱方法进行结构鉴定。结果:从无尾果乙醇提取物乙酸乙酯部位中分离鉴定了9个黄酮类化合物,分别为:槲皮素(1)、(+)-儿茶素(2)、二氢槲皮素(3)、8-醛基-表儿茶素(4)、表儿茶素-[8,7-e]-4β-(4-羟基苯)-3,4-二羟基-2(3H)-吡喃酮(5)、corbulain Ib(6)、phyllocoumarin(7)、kaempferol-3-O-(6-O-caffeoyl)-galactoside(8)、根皮素-4’-O-β-D-葡萄苷(9)。结论:所有化合物均为首次从该植物中分离得到,并且所有化合物均为首次从该属植物中分离得到。
Objective: To study the chemical composition of non-tail fruit. Methods: The active site was separated and purified by repeated silica gel column chromatography, Sephadex LH-20 gel and semi-preparative high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC). The structure was identified by NMR, MS and other spectral methods. Results: Nine flavonoids were isolated and identified from ethyl acetate fraction of ethanolic extract of Quercus mongolicus: quercetin (1), (+) - catechin (2), dihydroquercetin 3-epicatechin (4) epicatechin- [8,7-e] -4β- (4-hydroxybenzene) -3,4-dihydroxy-2 (3H) (5), corbulain Ib (6), phyllocoumarin (7), kaempferol-3-O- (6-O-caffeoyl) -galactoside (8) Glucoside (9). Conclusion: All the compounds were isolated from this plant for the first time, and all the compounds were isolated from this genus for the first time.
