定义了复合材料的掺混度 ,探讨了利用有效导温系数计算复合材料热性能的条件 .结果表明 ,对给定的精度要求 ,复合材料存在一临界掺混度 ,当复合材料的混合程度满足此临界条件时 ,可以利用有效导温系数的概念来计算复合材料内的逐时温度分布和通过它的逐时热流密度 .对于许多实际问题 ,上述方法可大大简化分析与计算 .
The blending conditions of the composites are defined and the conditions for calculating the thermal properties of the composites by using the effective thermal conductivity coefficient are discussed.The results show that there is a critical blending degree for the given composites when the mixing degree of the composites satisfies At this critical condition, the concept of effective thermal conductivity can be used to calculate the hourly temperature distribution within the composite and the time-dependent heat flux passing through it, which can greatly simplify analysis and calculation for many practical problems.
