新生入学教育已成为高职院校教育和管理工作的重要组成部分,对于帮助新生顺利适应大学生活、促进未来发展有着重要意义。当前高职院校开展的新生入学教育普遍存在安排随意,缺乏系统性、整齐划一,没有针对性、时间短,缺乏持续性、形式单一,缺乏生动性等问题,影响了入学教育的实效性。本文分析了这个问题,并提出改善的对策。 Freshmen’s enrollment education has become an important part of the education and management of higher vocational colleges. It is of great significance to help freshmen to adapt to university life and promote future development. The current enrollment education for freshmen in vocational colleges is generally random, lack of systematization, uniformness, lack of pertinence, short time, lack of continuity, simple form and lack of vividness, which affects the effectiveness of entrance education. This article analyzes this issue and suggests ways to improve it.
