Objective To investigate the changes of plasma endothelin (gr) concentrations in patients with diabetes mellitus (DM) before and after treatment and the relationship between M and chronic vascular complications. Methods 50 cases of DM patients with plasma blood concentration and blood glucose, fructosamine (F7AI), DM vascular complications and other related indicators, select the normal control group of 30 patients. Results The blood plasma concentrations of DM patients before and after glycemic control were significantly higher than those of the control group (P <0.0), and those with complications were significantly higher than those without complications (P <0.01) There was a significant positive correlation between the concentration and the severity of newly developed disease, f3: M, but not with the duration of glycemia. The blood glucose concentration decreased significantly after treatment (P <0.05), but the plasma m concentration did not decrease significantly. Conclusions ① The plasma concentration of blood: the patients in the control group were significantly higher than those in the control group; those with developmental diseases were significantly higher than those without complications; ② There was a significant positive correlation between plasma A concentration and the severity of DM chronic vascular complications and FTFM concentration; ③ Short- M concentration is not significantly reduced due to a significant decrease in blood glucose levels.
