系统工程在高度集成的复杂民机产品的研制中已得到广泛应用。作为民机设计的重要组成部分,民机结构设计中如能引入系统工程过程和方法,必能有效促进民机结构设计工作的革新。民机结构设计的系统工程过程包括功能分析、需求分析、结构设计、零部件生产、部段和全机结构集成及试验试飞等过程。民机结构需求体系须按照结构设计层级进行制定,并依次进行需求确认和需求验证。民机结构设计相关的系统工程问题还包括接口管理、构型管理、技术风险管理等。
