[目的]查清曲靖地区正常人群发锌、铜水平,为防治相关疾病提出参考依据。[方法]选择曲靖地区三县一市365名正常人群,用原子吸收火焰法测定头发中锌、铜,结果进行统计分析。[结果]发锌为(131.84±49.73)μg/g,95%的可信范围在33~253μg/g之间。33.1%的发锌含量在110μg/g以下。地区间和性别间差异无显著性。10岁以下两年龄组分别与10岁以上组比较,非常显著地低于其他各组。7岁以下组又低于7~10岁组。10岁以上各组无差异。铜x为(9.95±3.65)μg/g,95%的可信范围在(6.9~22.62)μg/g之间。地区间比较,富源县(x为11.11),非常显著地高于罗平县(x为8.86),也显著地高于会泽县和曲靖市(x为9.7和9.99)。其余各地间无差异。女性发铜(x为10.32)显著地高于男性(x为9.75)。各年龄组之间差异无显著性。[结论]应该注重10岁以下儿童微量元素锌的补充,针对调查结果制订相关防治措施。
[Objective] To find out the levels of zinc and copper in normal population in Qujing area and provide reference for prevention and treatment of related diseases. [Methods] 365 normal populations in three counties and one city of Qujing were selected. The atomic absorption flame method was used to measure zinc and copper in hair. The results were statistically analyzed. [Results] Hair zinc was (131.84±49.73) μg/g, and 95% confidence range was 33-253 μg/g. 33.1% of hair zinc content is below 110μg/g. There was no significant difference between regions and gender. The age groups below 10 years old were significantly lower than the other age groups when compared with those over 10 years old. The 7-year-old group was below the 7-10 group. There was no difference between the groups above the age of 10. The copper x was (9.95±3.65) μg/g and the 95% confidence range was (6.9-22.62) μg/g. Among the regions, Fuyuan County (x 11.11) was significantly higher than Luoping County (x 8.86) and also significantly higher than Huize County and Qujing City (x was 9.7 and 9.99). There is no difference between the rest of the world. Copper was significantly higher in women (x 10.32) than in men (x 9.75). There was no significant difference between the age groups. [Conclusion] Attention should be paid to the supplement of trace element zinc in children under 10 years of age, and relevant prevention and control measures should be formulated according to the investigation results.
