铁路道岔融雪系统对于列车运行安全和效率具有重要意义,但是,我国铁路线路现在普遍安装使用的电加热道岔融雪设备存在着明显的缺陷和不足。本文以电磁感应加热技术为基础,提出了一种新型道岔融雪系统的配置方案。并对系统结构进行了优化设计,简化控制模式,优化控制功能,减少室外轨旁设备的设置安装,消除故障隐患,以实现道岔融雪的高效化、节能化和自动化。
The melting system of railway turnout is of great significance to the safety and efficiency of train operation. However, there are obvious flaws and deficiencies in the snow melting equipment of electric heating turnout currently used in railway lines in our country. Based on the electromagnetic induction heating technology, this paper presents a configuration scheme of a new type of turnout snow melting system. The system structure is optimized, the control mode is simplified, the control function is optimized, the installation and installation of outdoor trackside equipment is reduced, and the hidden trouble of the fault is eliminated so as to realize the efficient, energy-saving and automation of the snowmelt switch.
