慢性肥厚性鼻炎是慢性鼻炎的一种,主要以黏膜、黏膜下层的局限性或弥漫性增生肥厚为特点的鼻腔慢性炎症。慢性肥厚性鼻炎是临床一种常见病、多发病,门诊复诊率高,临床治法多样,但疗效往往不佳。但采用微波治疗慢性鼻炎,方法简便,疗效显著。1 临床资料慢性肥厚性鼻炎患者180例,年龄18～53岁;男98例,女62例;持续性、交替性鼻塞2～10余年不等。
Chronic hypertrophic rhinitis is a chronic rhinitis, mainly mucosa, submucosa limitations or diffuse hypertrophy characterized by nasal chronic inflammation. Chronic hypertrophic rhinitis is a common clinical disease, frequently-occurring disease, out-patient referral rate is high, clinical treatment is diverse, but the curative effect is often poor. However, microwave treatment of chronic rhinitis, the method is simple, significant effect. 1 clinical data 180 cases of chronic hypertrophic rhinitis, aged 18 to 53 years; 98 males and 62 females; persistent, alternating nasal congestion for 2 to 10 years.
