做大是扩张原动力近几年住房投资每年以1000亿的速度增长,市场呈现供需两旺的态势,这是一个大的经济环境。房地产行业发展与国家的人均 GDP 有关,中国人均 GDP 只有800美元,城市人均GDP 不过1300美元,房地产刚刚进入起步阶段,在人均GDP 由目前的水平上升到8000美元过程中,我国的房地产行业都会保持持续稳定增长的态势。另外,中国面临的发展是城市化发展的过程,目前中国城市化水平还低于第三世界的平均水平,所以城市住宅的发展是长久的、持续的。
