对38例神经系统疾病脑脊液细胞学检查的诊断价值进行了分析。结果表明脑脊液细胞学对中枢神经系统感染性疾病、出血性卒中、中枢神经系统肿瘤的诊断意义较大，对其它疾病则多无肯定诊断价值。
The diagnostic value of cerebrospinal fluid cytology in 38 patients with neurological diseases was analyzed. The results show that cerebrospinal fluid cytology of the central nervous system infectious diseases, hemorrhagic stroke, central nervous system tumor diagnosis of greater significance for other diseases are more no diagnostic value.
