通过对单头雌蜂 3d更换寄主卵、不更换寄主卵、更换寄主卵第 1d喂蜜等方法 ,对供试赤眼蜂进行亚洲玉米螟卵的寄生潜能试验。结果表明 :寄生亚洲玉米螟的优势赤眼蜂种依次为T .evanescens(广赤眼蜂 )、T .ostriniae(玉米螟赤眼蜂 )和T .dendrolimi(松毛虫赤眼蜂 ) ,而T .chilonis(螟黄赤眼蜂 )、法国T .maidis、美国T .nubilale、古巴T .pinloi和T .pretiosum对亚洲玉米螟卵的寄生潜能均表现极差 ,甚至不寄生。赤眼蜂种及品系对亚洲玉米螟卵的寄生潜能表现为差异极显著。所以 ,种及品系是影响赤眼蜂寄生亚洲玉米螟的重要因素。
The parasitoid potential of the Asian corn borer eggs was tested on the Trichogramma pachyrhizi by replacing the host egg with the 3d male queen bee, without changing the host egg, and changing the first day with the host egg. The results showed that the dominant Trichogramma species were parasitic T. evanescens, T. ostriniae and T. dendrolimi, respectively. Chilonis (Trichogramma ostriniae), France T. maidis, T. nubilale from the United States, T. pinloi and T. pretiosum from Cuba have very poor or no parasitic potential on the Asian corn borer eggs. Trichogramma species and strains of the Asian corn borer eggs parasitism potential for the performance was extremely significant. Therefore, the species and strain is an important factor affecting Trichogramma parasitoid Asian Corn Borer.
