北豆根总碱25 m g/kg 、50 m g/kg ip 能显著增强热 应激所致 的免疫功 能低下小 鼠迟发 型超敏 反应及脾脏空斑形成细胞溶血能力;北豆根总碱 50 m g/kg ip 能 显著增 强模型 鼠单 核巨噬 细胞吞 噬功能 及血清 溶血素的生成。热应激后小鼠血清皮质酮含量升高,北豆根总碱 能显著降 低其血 清皮质 酮含量, 提示总 碱能通 过抑制皮质酮的升高而调节机体的免疫功能。
The total alkalinity of 25 μg/kg and 50 μg/kg ip can significantly increase the delayed-type hypersensitivity of hypoimmune mice and the hemolysis capacity of spleen plaque-forming cells induced by heat stress. 50 m g/kg ip significantly enhanced the phagocytosis of mononuclear macrophages and the formation of serum hemolysin in model mice. After heat stress, the serum corticosterone level in mice increased, and total alkaloids in N. sojae significantly reduced the serum corticosterone level, suggesting that total alkaloids can regulate the body’s immune function by inhibiting the elevation of corticosterone.
