目的检测KAI1/CD82和MMP9在胃癌中表达,探讨其与预后的关系。方法应用免疫组化法检测KAI1/CD82,MMP9基因蛋白在68例胃癌组织中的表达,对35例随访病例进行生存分析。结果68例胃癌组织KAI1/CD82阳性表达率26.47%,MMP9阳性表达率86.76%;KAI1/CD82在高分化胃腺癌阳性表达率比低分化者高,MMP9无差异;无淋巴结转移胃癌的KAI1/CD82阳性表达率比有淋巴结转移者高,MMP9则低;KAI1/CD82阳性表达率随浸润深度增加而逐渐降低,MMP9则逐渐升高。KAI1/CD82在Ⅰ/Ⅱ期胃癌阳性表达率比Ⅲ/Ⅳ期者高,MMP9无差异。KAI1/CD82阳性患者术后生存率比阴性者显著提高,MMP9则显著降低。结论KAI1/CD82在胃癌的表达与肿瘤浸润深度、分化程度、临床分期及淋巴结转移及预后有关;MMP9在胃癌的表达与肿瘤浸润深度、淋巴结转移及预后有关。
Objective To detect the expression of KAI1 / CD82 and MMP9 in gastric cancer, and to explore its relationship with prognosis. Methods The expressions of KAI1 / CD82 and MMP9 protein in 68 cases of gastric cancer tissues were detected by immunohistochemistry. The survival of 35 cases were analyzed. Results The positive expression rate of KAI1 / CD82 in 68 cases of gastric carcinoma was 26.47%, the positive rate of MMP9 was 86.76%. The positive expression rate of KAI1 / CD82 in well differentiated gastric carcinoma was higher than that in poorly differentiated gastric carcinoma, but there was no difference in MMP9. The expression of KAI1 / CD82 The positive expression rate was higher than those with lymph node metastasis, while MMP9 was lower. The positive expression rate of KAI1 / CD82 decreased gradually with the depth of invasion and MMP9 gradually increased. The positive expression rate of KAI1 / CD82 in stage Ⅰ / Ⅱ gastric cancer was higher than that in stage Ⅲ / Ⅳ, but there was no difference in MMP9. The postoperative survival rate of patients with KAI1 / CD82 positive was significantly higher than that of negative and MMP9 was significantly decreased. Conclusions The expression of KAI1 / CD82 in gastric cancer is related to the depth of tumor invasion, differentiation, clinical stage, lymph node metastasis and prognosis. The expression of MMP9 in gastric cancer is related to the depth of tumor invasion, lymph node metastasis and prognosis.
