天然过氧化物酶是一种以铁卟啉血红素(heme)为辅基,参与生命体内生理代谢的主要酶类之一。因为天然酶具有极易变性失活,提取相对困难,价格比较昂贵的缺点。故通过人工的技术手段制取价格低廉,性能稳定的人工酶。而对于人工过氧化酶的研究,技术手段就显得尤为重要。本文通过分析不同的技术手段:紫外分光光度计时间扫描研究过氧化物酶活性,圆二色光谱法研究蛋白质二级结构,紫外分光光度计光谱扫描研究蛋白质广谱结构,电化学法研究电子传递效应描述了自组装人工过氧化物酶构建及应用,分析人工过氧化物酶研究技术手段现状。
