目的:探析通心络胶囊对冠心病经皮冠状动脉介入治疗(percutaneous coronary intervention,PCI)术后心绞痛患者的治疗效果及炎性反应和血管内皮功能的影响。方法:选取2015年5月—2016年10月我院收治的102例PCI术后心绞痛患者为研究对象,根据随机分配原则进行平均分组,对照组与观察组各51例。对照组患者接受常规药物治疗;观察组在对照组常规治疗基础上,给予通心络胶囊治疗,对2组的临床治疗效果进行对比分析。结果:观察组的心绞痛治疗有效率为96.08%,与对照组(80.39%)相比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。经治疗后,观察组患者的一氧化氮(nitric oxide,NO)、内皮素(endothelin,ET)和超敏C-反应蛋白(high sensitive C reaction protein,Hs-CRP)较治疗前均有明显变化(P<0.05)。观察组NO,ET和Hs-CRP水平较对照组有明显改善(P<0.05),观察组患者的发作频率和持续时间均显著低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组患者的总胆固醇(total cholestterol,TC)、三酰甘油(triglyceride,TG)和低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(low density lipoprotein-cholesterol,LDL-C)均显著低于对照组,高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(high density lipoprotein-cholesterol,HDL-C)显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:对于冠心病经PCI术后心绞痛患者而言,在常规药物治疗的基础上增加通心络胶囊治疗,效果显著,具有抑制炎性递质、保护血管内皮、抗凝、抗血小板和调脂等作用,能有效预防急性冠状动脉事件发生,值得临床推广。
Objective: To investigate the effects of Tongxinluo capsule on the treatment of angina pectoris patients after percutaneous coronary intervention (PCI) and the inflammatory reaction and endothelial function. Methods: From May 2015 to October 2016, 102 patients with post-PCI angina pectoris admitted to our hospital were selected as study subjects. According to the principle of random assignment, 51 patients were divided into mean group, control group and observation group. Patients in the control group received routine drug treatment. The observation group was given Tongxinluo capsule on the basis of conventional treatment in the control group, and the clinical effects of the two groups were compared. Results: The effective rate of angina pectoris in the observation group was 96.08%, which was significantly different from that in the control group (80.39%) (P <0.05). After treatment, the levels of nitric oxide (NO), endothelin (ET) and high sensitive C reaction protein (Hs-CRP) in the observation group were significantly different from those before treatment (P <0.05). The levels of NO, ET and Hs-CRP in the observation group were significantly improved compared with the control group (P <0.05), and the frequency and duration of attack in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group (P <0.05). The total cholesterol total cholestterol (TC), triglyceride (TG), and low density lipoprotein-cholesterol (LDL-C) were significantly lower than those in the control group. High density lipoprotein-cholesterol HDL-C) was significantly higher than the control group (P <0.05). Conclusion: For patients with coronary heart disease after PCI and angina pectoris, the addition of Tongxinluo capsule on the basis of conventional drug therapy has remarkable effect, inhibiting the inflammatory and neurotransmitter, protecting the vascular endothelium, anticoagulant, anti-platelet and lipid-lowering And so on, can effectively prevent the occurrence of acute coronary events, it is worth clinical promotion.
