形变热处理是把时效强化和加工硬化两者的作用结合起来的一种新的热处理方法,也是提高铝合金强度和耐热性的一种重要手段。冷变形可以获得显微不均匀性,增加位错密度,时效温度下,在位错线上析出大量细小的强化相,而细小的强化相又阻止位错运动,因而,有利于提高合金的耐热性。试验表明:Al—Cu—Mg—Fe—Ni系合金,采用形变热处理,可使合金的高温性能提高3—4千克/毫米~2。
