半球谐振陀螺是卫星捷联惯性参考单元的核心部件,在空间应用领域会受到空间辐射环境的影响。介绍了半球谐振陀螺敏感单元的总剂量效应模拟试验的研究,在电离总剂量~(60)Co源γ,射线辐照试验前、中、后,分析陀螺敏感单元的性能参数变化。通过总剂量1000krad(Si)的摸底试验,陀螺敏感单元的电性能参数稳定,证实陀螺敏感单元和缓冲电路板在该辐射剂量下性能正常。
The hemispherical resonator gyroscope is the core component of the satellite strapdown inertial reference unit, which will be affected by the space radiation environment in the field of space applications. The simulation experiment of the total dose effect of the hemispherical resonator gyro was introduced. The performance parameters of the gyro sensitive cell were analyzed before, during and after the ionizing total dose 60Co source gamma and the ray irradiation experiment. Through the experiment of total dose of 1000krad (Si), the electrical performance parameters of the gyro-sensitive unit are stable, and the performance of the gyro-sensitive unit and the buffer circuit board is verified to be normal at this radiation dose.
