我县地处渤海之滨,盐碱联片,低洼易涝,水旱田兼有。为了战胜盐碱,排除内涝,全县兴修了大量水利工程,渠道纵横,星罗棋布。据初步统计,水旱田平均每隔40米左右有一条排水沟,特别是水田场、社,每隔30米左右有一条排水沟。因此,每年清淤工作量大,占用劳力多。同时,根据农艺要求,在盐碱地区,必须排灌畅通,保证1—1.2米淡水层,才能起到排水洗盐,提高地温,促进化肥分解之作用,确保水稻高产稳产。因此,研制清淤
