以沼肥和化肥两种肥源种植白菜,讨论其对白菜品质和土壤的影响.实验采用盆栽法,设置对照组、复合肥组和沼液组.实验结果表明,沼液能促进白菜的生长.采收后,对各组白菜品质及土壤进行分析,结果显示:1施用沼液相比于施用化肥使白菜总糖含量增加了131.12%,有显著性差异(P<0.01);还原糖含量增加了50.84%(P<0.05),维生素C含量增加了39.09%(P<0.05);2沼液种植,白菜中硝酸盐含量比化肥种植降低4.03%;3施用沼液与施用化肥相比,施用化肥后土壤全氮增加3.89%,低于施用沼液后增加的9.31%,施用化肥后土壤铵态氮含量降低1.46%,高于施用沼液后土壤铵态氮降低的1.21%,施用化肥后土壤速效钾含量增加18.45%,低于施用沼液后增加的21.91%.施用沼液与施用化肥相比,没有显著性差异(P>0.05),但施用沼液的土壤各养分含量都略高于施用化肥的土壤养分.
Chinese cabbage was planted with two manure sources of biogas fertilizer and chemical fertilizer to discuss its effect on cabbage quality and soil.The pot experiment was used to set up control group, compound fertilizer group and biogas slurry group.The experimental results showed that biogas slurry can promote the growth of cabbage After harvesting, the quality and soil of cabbage in each group were analyzed. The content of available potassium in soil increased 18.45%, which was 21.91% higher than that of biogas slurry application. There was no significant difference (P> 0.05) between biogas slurry application and chemical fertilizer application. However, Higher than the fertilization of soil nutrients.
