对18-4-1高速钢试样一端火焰加热(从熔化区渐至欠热区)的相变规律(淬火态)分析表明,在局部熔化区,随温度提高,相形态的变化是:围绕奥氏体,碳化物山角状趋向网状、离异共晶、离异共晶+δ相与碳化物组成的包共晶产物,进而同时出现黑色组织和莱氏体(碳化物呈鱼骨状),这些相形态变化均有过渡区,没有截然分界。为分析组织缺陷、控制热处理质量提供了依据。
