运用实验室自主研发的多功能试验机开展岩盐疲劳试验,研究了时间间隔因素影响下岩盐变形和弹性常数的演化规律。由于岩盐具有出色的流变性,在经典疲劳试验中插入时间间隔会使疲劳损伤规律发生改变,为岩石疲劳特性的研究提供了新的思路。试验结果显示:(1)与正常加卸载循环相比,时间间隔后的循环产生的残余变形更大。(2)时间间隔后的循环内弹性模量总体大于时间间隔前的循环内弹性模量,但是泊松比随时间间隔变化的趋势并不明显,呈一致的上升规律。(3)时间间隔对残余变形的积累有加速效应,时间间隔越长,疲劳过程中产生的残余变形积累越快,岩盐最终疲劳寿命越短。
The fatigue test of rock salt is carried out by multi-function testing machine independently developed by laboratory. The evolution of rock salt deformation and elastic constant under the influence of time interval factor is studied. Due to the excellent rheological properties of rock salt, the fatigue damage rule is changed by inserting the time interval in the classical fatigue test, which provides a new idea for the study of the fatigue characteristics of rock. The experimental results show that: (1) Compared with the normal loading and unloading cycle, the residual deformation caused by the cycle after the time interval is greater. (2) The elastic modulus in the cycle after the time interval is larger than the elastic modulus in the cycle before the time interval, but the trend of Poisson’s ratio changes with time interval is not obvious, showing consistent rising law. (3) The time interval has an accelerating effect on the accumulation of residual deformation. The longer the time interval, the faster the residual deformation accumulated during fatigue and the shorter the final fatigue life of rock salt.
