目的 提高重症患者空肠营养管的置管成功率.方法 对2016年10～11月收治的12例空肠营养管置管患者及2016年12月至2017年4月收治的40例空肠营养管置管患者,采用行动研究方法,通过计划、行动、观察及反思2个螺旋过程,找出置管过程中存在的问题及难点,并改进置管方法.结果 通过2个阶段的研究,空肠营养管置入成功率从行动研究前的62.5％,增加至第1阶段的75.0％及第2阶段的92.5％;行动研究过程中均无并发症发生.结论 基于行动研究改进置管流程,可有效提高超声引导下空肠营养管置入的成功率,保证重症患者的营养支持.“,”Objective To improve the success rate of jejunum feeding tube placement in critically ill patients.Methods Totolly 12 patients indwelling jejunum feeding tube from October to November 2016 and 40 patients indwelling jejunum feeding tube from December 2016 to April 2017 were selected to do action research based on literature review,then the problems and difficulties existing in the process of placing tube were found through the 2 spiral processes of plan,action,observation and self-examination,and the tube placement method was improved accordingly.Results The success rate of tube placement was increased from 62.5 ％ before the research to 75.0％ in stage 1 and 92.5％ in stage 2 through the 2 stages of research.There were no complications during the research.Conclusion Improvement of tube placement process based on action research,can effectively increase the success rate of ultrasound-guided jejunum feeding tube placement,and ensure the nutritional support of critically ill patients.
