采用SPA免疫酶联法测定13例经皮质激素治疗无效的狼疮肾炎病人外周血淋巴细胞白介素2受体(IL_2R)的表达,观察大剂量环磷酰胺冲击前后IL_2R变化。治疗前12例IL_2R为12.70±6.58％,高于正常对照组的5.33±1.61％,治疗后3天IL_2R降至7.98±4.08％;其中7例治疗前IL_2R低于第2次冲击后缓解者,在第2次冲击前狼疮活动缓解,1例IL_2R低于正常,环磷酰胺冲击后病情加重,出现全身严重感染。
The expression of interleukin - 2 receptor (IL - 2R) in peripheral blood lymphocytes of 13 patients with lupus nephritis treated with corticosteroid was measured by SPA immunosensorial method. The changes of IL - 2R before and after high dose cyclophosphamide were observed. The IL-2R in the 12 cases before treatment was 12.70 ± 6.58%, higher than 5.33 ± 1.61% in the normal control group, and decreased to 7.98 ± 4.08% on the 3rd day after the treatment. Among them, IL-2R in 7 cases before treatment was lower than that after the second shock, In the second shock lupus activity before remission, 1 cases of IL_2R below normal, after the impact of cyclophosphamide aggravating illness, severe systemic infection.
